  • Corales Golf Club, a stunning 2010 18-hole venue that features six Caribbean Oceanside holes, is the third ranked course in the Dominican Republic, and fourth overall in the Caribbean. Set amidst the rocky cliffs, coastal bays, and ocean coves, Tom Fazio used the land in its most pristine state, carefully navigating the jagged coastline to create obstacles even the most accomplished golfers must consider.

As each nine comes to a close, you’ll notice the breathtaking beauty that lies before you. From #7 to #9, shots over and around the ocean’s edge, with waves crashing up against the rocks below, demand the utmost focus and precision to navigate unscathed. Much of the same can be said for the inward nine, where Tom Fazio seemingly saved his best for last. The sixteenth, also known as “El Codo del Toro” (The Devil’s Elbow), commences the final three-hole stretch that will surely be imprinted in your mind forever. As you stand on the 16th green and 17th tee, you’re seemingly entranced by the vista that is Caribbean blue in the background. Easily the most spectacular hole on the course, the 18th, a long par-4 that doglegs right around the cliffs, dares you to try a drive over the rocky cliffs of the Bay of Corales to the fairway on the other side.

Quite unique to the courses design, the increasingly popular Paspalum grass was used from tee box to green, creating as self-sustaining and eco-friendly a course as possible.

Caddies are mandatory at Corales, which come at an additional charge paid locally.
