Las Vegas Golf

Playing the best golf courses in Las Vegas shouldn't come down to luck

Golf in Las Vegas

The iconic city of excess, Las Vegas has it all! With the 4-mile ‘strip’ filled with 24-hour casinos, grand hotels, endless entertainment options and innumerable bars and restaurants, it would be easy to skip golf altogether. That would be a big mistake though, as within 45 minutes of the strip you have an abundance of wonderful courses. From TPC Las Vegas to Bali Hai to Cascata and the Paiute Courses you are spoilt for choice. We also highly recommend staying off the strip for a more relaxing stay at the Westin Lake Las Vegas, where you will get access to 2 fantastic private courses – Reflection Bay & Southshore.

  • Average weather graph for Las Vegas

Las Vegas being in the south of the State, means it becomes extremely hot in the summer months so prepare well and bring plenty of protection and sunscreen. With the start of the year being cold and windy the best time to travel is April to June where the weather is beautiful with clear blue skies and dry heat. The general desert like landscape is complimented by the lack of rain fall in comparison to other States. Although August is the beginning of the monsoon season where cloudy days become more prominent this is ultimately a golfer's dream with a more forgiving and temperate climate.
